The little changes within the color of your stool are due to a varied diet. We don’t consume a similar food at every meal, and each day. Oftentimes a color diversity can indicate a trivial or health problem. In some cases, it signalizes something more serious in your metabolism.

Green Color
This means the food could also be moving through the massive bowels too quickly, which happens thanks to diarrhea. As a consequence, bile doesn’t have time to level completely.
Cause:
Green leafy vegetables, green coloring , like in flavored drink juices or ice pops, iron supplements.
Light-colored, white or clay-colored
Indicates the shortage of bile in poop. this might symbolize a common bile duct blocking. Cause: certain medications, like big doses of bismuth subsalicylate or anti-diarrheal medications.
